Christmas Eve 1/12 Dollhouse Living Room Kit

The fire’s lit, the stockings are hung, and someone has left out milk and cookies for Santa. This kit has everything you need to furnish a Christmas Eve living room in 1:12 scale: the fireplace, the armchair, the tree and every last gift beneath it.

The room is our 14" DIY Dollhouse Room plan with full blueprints, materials and cutting guide and assembly instructions which will be sent by e mail upon order to be downloaded, giving you a few days to build it before the good stuff arrives.  The tree comes with LED lights, a dozen ornaments to hang yourself, because decorating it is half the fun. It’s a lovely project for the weeks before Christmas, and a memorable gift for anyone who loves miniatures.

A room to put it in
This kit is sized for our Free 1/12 Dollhouse Room Blueprint .  14" wide, 10" high and 10" deep. The fireplace sits against the solid back wall, the tree fits in the corner, and there’s room for the chair by the fire, with both windows left clear. It also fits most standard 1:12 room boxes and dollhouse living rooms.
