Shipping policy
All orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. In many cases, your dollhouse miniatures will even ship the same day.
All items are shipped by either UPS, FedEx, or United States Postal Service (USPS).
Generally, shipments under $100 in value and under 3 lbs. in weight ship typically via USPS, which can take between 3 and 7 business days for delivery.
Shipments over $100 and/or over 3 lbs. in weight typically ship via UPS. UPS ship times vary depending on which area of the country the item is going. We are located on the East Coast and Midwest, so shipping using standard UPS can take up to 7 business days to the West Coast.
Note: The following shipping tables apply only to shipments within the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Two Business Day Shipping costs are for miniatures only.

Rules & Exceptions
- Our flat rate shipping charges are calculated based on pre-tax and post-discount merchandise totals.
- Flat rate shipping estimates apply to orders shipping within the 48 contiguous United States only. For orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, it can take up to 5 additional business days.
- During severe weather conditions or other natural disasters, delivery times may be delayed.
- We observe all holidays recognized by the United States Postal Service, so please account for extra shipping time if you place an order on a federally observed holiday.
Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii
Due to high shipping costs, there is a surcharge of $34.95 on just the dollhouse kits going to Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that we do not offer Two Business Day Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
