This bay window shop kit is part of the Street of Shops Collection These high-quality unfinished shop kits are constructed of wood and MDF. Each shop is completely enclosed with a removable framed Plexiglas™ roof. Pre-assembled panels make final assembly easy. All windows and doors are fitted with Plexiglas. Use multiples to make your own street of shops!
The easy-to-assemble and unfinished kit is ready to paint, stain, panel, paint, wallpaper, or texture with stone or brick. It includes pre-assembled panels and a 13" deep removable acrylic roof. The door opens and closes. The base measures 12 1/2" W x 11" H x 13" D and it is 1/12 scale, which is the most common scale for dollhouses and dollhouse miniatures. It means that if an object is 12 inches in real life, it is sized down to a one inch as a miniature.
