This mini accordion with case is 1/12 scale, which is the most common scale for dollhouses and dollhouse miniatures. It means that if an object is 12 inches in real life, it is sized down to a one inch as a miniature. It measures 1.063" H x 2.75" W x 2.375" D.

..not 1:12 scale as Amercian's know 1:12

I am amazed at this 'new' 1:12 scale. As it its made for Bylthe and not a standard dollhouse. So, let me first say: this is huge for 1:12. And, then when I decided I would keep it since it fit my Blythe Middie perfectly...well, I straped in one hand, the peg popped out and the handle fell off. I know it's not a toy, but really: only positioned it once and it broke! If 1:12 American scale is what you are hoping for, it is NOT. Want to use it for a Bythe Middie, DON'T. It is not stabel for use!

I'm sorry this item didn't work out for you. Blythe Middie dolls are typically 1/6 scale, while most of our minis are 1/12 scale. The dolls also have disproportionate head-to-body ratios, which could make the accordion look large in comparison.
