This transformer comes with a built-in circuit breaker, making it virtually burn-out proof. In the event of an overload, the breaker opens and removes voltage until the unit cools. Then the breaker resets itself and reapplies voltage to the output. It has 4000ma for up to 64 individual 60ma bulbs and outputs a DC current. It does not dim for brightness.
