Return Policy

We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our dollhouse miniatures, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied, you can return the product(s) to us for a full refund, less any shipping charges. (Please note we DO reimburse any shipping charges you paid if your item(s) arrive damaged and/or you receive the wrong item.) To start a return, please Contact Us.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you you received your item(s), please contact us so we can work something out.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted. They include: Any item not in its original condition; any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; or any item that is not authorized for a return more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Restocking fee
There is a 20% restocking fee for returned dollhouse kits. The main reason for this fee is because we do not warehouse and ship the dollhouse kits for sale on our site. Instead, our vendor does that for us, and they charge us a 20% restocking fee. We decided to have our vendor handle our warehousing and shipping because shipping a dollhouse kit--which can often weigh in excess of 50 pounds--to us before we ship it to you would substantially to the cost of each kit you ordered. For these reasons, we encourage you to carefully consider your dollhouse kit purchase. We include lots of details and photos about each kit on our site so you have confidence making a purchase. Also remember you can always contact us if you have any questions about a dollhouse kit or anything else!

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund when expected, first check your bank account. The next step is to contact your bank and/or credit card. There is often some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us.

We operate several warehouses and will instruct you which one to return your product(s) to once we authorize your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

If you are returning an item that costs more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
